Rental Fee

• $3,000–5,600/event

• All Vizcaya weddings include:

  • Professional wedding coordinator
  • Wedding rehearsal and décor drop-off the day prior
  • Getting ready suite and loungs
  • Complete beverage service without corckage fees (BYO alcohol)
  • Tables, Chiavari chairs, arch, dance floor, linens, and standard rentals
  • Setup & teardown

  Pavilion wedding reception facility rentals range $3,000–5,600, depending on the day of the week and time of day. Food & beverage minimums apply.

  Friday | 6–11pm | $4,500
  Saturday | 11am–4pm | $3,400
  Saturday | 6–11pm | $5,600
  Sunday | 11am–4pm | $3,000
  Sunday | 6–11pm | $4,000

Ceremony Fee

• $1,500/event

• The ceremony package is only available when also renting out the facility for your reception.
  

Meals (when priced separately)

• $70–90/person

• Dinner menu pricing for buffet or plated options includes butler passed hors d'oeuvres, salad, entrées with accompaniments and seasonal vegetables, bread & butter, and a nonalcoholic beverage package.
