- Tucked away among apple orchards and lush vineyards, this welcoming house and garden are embraced by a landscape of uncommon beauty. The handsome grounds are tidy and well-groomed: One part of the garden is covered with plush lawns bordered by flowerbeds, densely planted with brightly-hued blooms; another section is planted with a small grove of firs, redwoods, oaks, and madrones.
- Just behind the peaceful ceremony courtyard, a jaw-dropping panorama is revealed. Stretching miles across the Russian River Valley and its gently rolling hills, you can see distant Mount St. Helena to the north and the coastal mountain range stretching south. Dappled sunlight filters through the surrounded trees, creating a secluded, intimate feel.
- Receptions transform the manicured lawn in a gracious outdoor dining room, filled with linen-clad tables shaded by market umbrellas. No matter where you sit, you're treated to an eyeful of rolling hills, grapevines, and endless sky, buttressed by the charming Vine Hill Guest House (which you'll have access to throughout the day).
