The Venue Rental package is $7,500 for up to 120 guests and includes:
- Exclusive use of the venue Friday noon–Sunday noon
- Dressing loft & 'Lil Red trailer as getting-ready spaces
- Camping availability
- Day-of coordination & parking attendant
- Locally crafted wood tables, mobile vintage wine barrel bars, and wooden chairs
- Complete place settings
- Custom-built portable restrooms
- Portable heaters (if needed) and a seasonal fire pit
- Lighted redwood deck/dance floor
- Use of commercial kitchen

The Micro-wedding & Elopement Package is $6,000 and includes:
- Up to 5-hour rental for 20 guests or fewer
- Officiant with a custom ceremony
- Wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Tables & chairs
- Place settings, flatware, and glassware
- Day-of coordination & one planning session
- Dressing suite
- Overnight accommodations for the couple in the cozy barn loft
