Rental Fee

• Full buyouts range $8,500–30,000. Individual spaces may also be rented, and require a minimum food & beverage spend.

Ceremony Fee

• $2,000/event

• Ceremony fees start at $2,000 (150 chairs maximum). Add on the "I Do" Cottage for $500.

Food & Beverage Minimum

• $2,000–25,000/event
• Food & Beverage minimum varies depending on:
  • Day of week
  • Time of day

• All daytime weddings end by 4pm. Weekday evening weddings run 4–11pm. Weekend evening weddings run 4pm–midnight.
