The light-filled Lanai Room provides a beautiful indoor ceremony space, with an adjoining outdoor balcony boasting picture-perfect backdrops of the city and Claremont grounds.

The rental fee for an outdoor ceremony or one of the ballrooms starts at $2,500. Facilities are also available for a rehearsal dinner, day-after brunch or other wedding-related event. Corporate day meeting packages are available.

EVENT/RECEPTION CAPACITY: The Empire Ballroom accommodates 300 for dining only or 200 with a dance floor; the Claremont Ballroom accommodates 200 for dining only, 160 with a dance floor, and 300 standing; the Garden Room accommodates 128 seated and 300 standing; the Skyline Room accommodates 120 for dining only, 100 with a dance floor, and 160 standing; the Lanai Room accommodates 50 for dining only, 30 with a dance floor, and 75 standing; the Hillary Tenzing Room accommodates 14 for dining only and 50 standing; and the Lobby Lounge & Bar accommodates 100 standing guests.
