Intimate Weddings at Sand Rock Farm are for 2–40 guests and include:
- 5-hour exclusive use of the venue
- Venue management, planning & coordination
- Café lighting, wine barrel cocktail tables, rustic wood bars, and a fire pit lounge
- Custom wedding cake
Single day events without lodging range $6,800–8,500; weekend weddings with lodging range $10,300–12,300. Elopements for 18 or fewer guests receive the same inclusions and pricing, at a 15% discount.

Wedding weekend rentals include:
- 2-night stay for 18 guests in the farmhouse
- Complimentary breakfasts and lunch

- Exclusive use of all Sand Rock Farm venue spaces for a 6-hour event
- Two dressing suites to be used on the wedding day from 8am–9:30pm
- Custom wedding cake
- Café lighting, wine barrel cocktail tables, rustic wood bars, and fire pit lounge
November–April $17,600 | May–October $22,000
Buyout of the entire bed & breakfast is available, ranging $3,750–4,400 for two nights. Catered dinners at the B&B may be added for up to 40 guests.
