- Choice of Oak Grove or Koi Pond ceremony locations
- 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms for getting ready
- Large parking areas and 1 parking attendant
- Bring in outside professional vendors with liability insurance
- List of suggested DJs, florists, photographers, and catering companies
- Bring your own beer and liquor for two signature cocktails
