CEREMONY CAPACITY: Outdoors, Quail Meadows seats 200 or more. Smaller outdoor areas are available for intimate weddings of fewer than 25 people. Indoors, the Peninsula Ballroom holds up to 200 people or 180 with a dance floor, and more intimate rooms can accommodate 30–100 seated guests.
EVENT/RECEPTION CAPACITY: Indoors, the Peninsula Ballroom holds 200 seated or 180 with a dance floor; the Oak Room 30 seated or 50 standing; and the Garden Room 50 seated or 70 standing. The Deck at Quail Lodge seats 60.
MEETING CAPACITY: There are 3 rooms that can seat 30–300 theater-style, 26–60 boardroom-style, 24–200 classroom-style, 40–200 banquet-style, or 50–300 reception-style (standing only).
