They've transformed a historic "beach bungalow" into a serene banquet space, located on a scenic stretch of sand overlooking Monterey Bay. These local event pros have been arranging celebrations-to-remember for many years, so your celebration is in experienced hands.
Your ceremony, complete with white chairs, a wooden wedding arch, and the blue Pacific, needs little adornment. Drinks and appetizers are served on the beachfront deck, and while your bridal party poses for scenic photos, the staff sets up your reception. For an outdoor affair, the usual motif includes tiki torches, a bonfire, and Adirondack beach chairs, but if you have your own vision just share it with the Events by Classic Group and they'll make it happen. Hot tip: This is also one of the only local beaches that allow cocktails on the sand!
Inside, social hours and receptions are anything but dull thanks to a myriad of novelty attractions, like ping pong, foosball, and an optional "surf's up" photo backdrop. (But if you have a different vibe in mind, the staff can easily remove the games at your request.) A stage at one end of the room is outfitted with a rear projection screen and a state-of-the-art lighting and sound system for your band or DJ. A neutral palette allows you to dress up the space for a sophisticated soirée, but some couples like to embrace the beach theme by choosing from a wide array of tropical-colored linens and other vibrant décor. Just ask the staff for help with ideas!
The Events by Classic Group's menus offer a fine selection of specialty dishes that are both hearty and delicious. Entrées are prepared fresh during your event on a striking 15-foot outdoor grill and include favorites like oak-grilled tri-tip and Wild Pacific King Salmon with pineapple-mango salsa. Have something specific in mind? They'll help you create a custom menu. Whatever you choose, your guests are sure to be satisfied.
The Monterey Beach Station is also an elegant choice for your rehearsal dinner or corporate banquet.
