Rental Fee

The rental fee includes:
- Exclusive use of the property for an 8- or 10-hour rental (including setup & teardown time)
- Choice of ceremony and cocktail hour location
- White tent on the Terrace, with chandeliers and draping
- Two dressing rooms with access during the entire rental period
- Venue manager, day-of coordinator, and planning support
- 15 round tables, 125 wooden willow chairs and 125 white ceremony chairs, and ivory linens (with in-house catering only)
Ceremony Fee

Ceremony-only events include:
- 4-hour exclusive use of the Lounge Deck, Gathering Green, and Golden Plateau
- Two dressing rooms for the duration of the rental
