Rental Fee
  • $3,000–7,000/event
  • Rental fee varies depending on:
    • Day of week
  • The rental fee includes:

    • Exclusive use of the property for an 8- or 10-hour rental (including setup & teardown time)
    • Choice of ceremony and cocktail hour location
    • White tent on the Terrace, with chandeliers and draping
    • Two dressing rooms with access during the entire rental period
    • Venue manager, day-of coordinator, and planning support
    • 15 round tables, 125 wooden willow chairs and 125 white ceremony chairs, and ivory linens (with in-house catering only)
Ceremony Fee
  • $2,500/event and up
  • Ceremony-only events include:

    • 4-hour exclusive use of the Lounge Deck, Gathering Green, and Golden Plateau
    • Two dressing rooms for the duration of the rental
    • Wooden arbor, 50 ceremony chairs, and 2 specialty tables
    • Endless photo ops
    • In-house coordination available
