Rental Fee
- $25,000/event and up
The rental fee includes:
- Exclusive venue use for the entire weekend - Friday 4pm to Sunday 11am, including 6 hours of event time (4:00–10pm, with additional time possible for a fee) and use of Caldwell Lodge following the reception for late-night festivities
- Two dedicated preparation spaces for both wedding parties in Monie's Cottage and the Museum.
- Redwood Grove Amphitheater ceremony space with choice of arbor, and including microphone set-up
- Champagne toast for the wedding party following the ceremony
- Professional DJ/MC for your reception and ceremony music services provided by Sound in Motion.
- Market umbrellas, firepits, string lights, and indoor fireplace lounge areas
- Campfire and S'mores on Friday night
- Rentals, including tables, chairs, china, flatware, etc.
- Exclusive use of recreational areas, including the swimming pool, tennis, pickleball, basketball and sand volleyball courts, giant chess, corn hole, ping pong, and miles of hiking trails
- Custom Camp programs for an additional fee (swimming, ropes course, trapeze and inflatable movie theater)
- Invitation for two to the Wedding Overview & Tasting Day
