- Venue rental fee includes full access to the facilities starting 2 hours before your event, as well as tables, chairs, linens, silverware, china, professional service staff, and on-site Venue Coordinator.
- The rental fee for May-October is $8,000 and for November-April it is $6,400
- Tuesday-Thursday site fee is discounted to $6,400.
- Small Weddings can rent the Hollins Room for just $2,000 Sunday–Thursday. Call for details!

MEETING CAPACITY: The Hollins Room accommodates 10–30 seated conference-style; the Main Dining Room seats 50 conference or 100 theater-style.
