Rental Fee
Wedding pricing is comprised of the venue rental + cottage rental + per-person package pricing (minimums apply).
The venue rental is $7,000, which includes use of the Highlands Ranch Resort's outdoor event spaces.
Cottage rental is $7,985, which includes lodging in all 7 cottages on Friday and Saturday nights (required). Tip: You can also pass some or all of the accommodations' cost onto your overnight guests.
Package Prices
- $65–105/person
All packages include:
- Use of the venue from noon Friday to noon Sunday
- Time for ceremony and reception (varies depending on package)
- Handmade ceremony arch and 1-hour rehearsal
- Stationary and/or passed hors d'oeuvres
- Buffet dinner service, including salad, entrées, and sides
- Tables, chairs, linens, and standard rentals
- Professional event staff
- Chef-made breakfast for overnight guests daily
- Use of the Summit Room or Frank's Bistro for rehearsal dinner (if desired)
Bar packages are additional and range $25–50/person.
