Rental Fee

The rental fee includes access to the entire property, a ceremony and reception, and a Fair Oaks representative on-site for the duration of the event.
After the rental fee, clients select their add-ons as the venue team curates a package for them to meet their needs.
Wedding clients get access to the property one day before & after the event for setup & breakdown.
Meals (when priced separately)
