- This lovely 1890 sandstone mansion, set in a sheltered canyon tucked between two tree-covered ridges, was once the homestead of gold rush pioneer Henry Ellis. Today, it's a dreamy setting for celebrations, with a central location close to several East Bay freeways but a quiet country atmosphere that will give you the delicious feeling of being a million miles away.
- Garden-style ceremonies are held on an expansive, flower-lined lawn, where a pretty wood-and-brick gazebo is backed by vibrant displays of azaleas and camellias. Fairy-tale photo ops abound on the sprawling property: capture romantic images before the century-old stone house, burbling fountains, and acres of working vineyards.
- Receptions unfold in the secluded Terrace Room, tucked away into the hillside and sheltered by oak, eucalyptus and olive trees. Its vaulted ceiling and glass walls add to the feeling of spaciousness, while the surrounding deck gives guests a chance to dine al fresco at umbrella-shaded tables.

You'll also get Chiavari chairs, house linens, a chiffon and twinkle-light ceiling treatment, changing rooms and a coordinator for your rehearsal and wedding day. Plan separately for a full bar upgrade and the 22% service charge.
Yes. The Vineyards has two ceremony sites: a garden site in a forested dell, reached by a path under twinkle-lit, vine-covered arbors, and the Waterfall Terrace, a stone stage framed by a redwood pergola and cascading water. Cocktails follow on the patios or in the Mountain View Room, and receptions can be held in the Star View Room, with its circular copper bar and starscape ceiling.
Both options work at The Vineyards. Catering and bar service are in-house, and the venue can add a photographer, DJ, florist and wedding cake to your package or share its preferred vendors. If you bring your own team, share their names, phone numbers and insurance at your final meeting; vendors can arrive two hours before your event, and your DJ signs a sound agreement.
