Rental Fee

• $4,000–5,700/event

• The reception fee includes:

  • 4.5-hour reception (with the option to extend)
  • Tables, mahogany Chiavari chairs, white linens, and tableware
  • Tickets to the group tasting menu showcase
  • Banquet staff & bartenders, and setup and teardown

  Saturday | $5,700 + $10,000 F&B minimum
  Friday or Sunday | $4,500 + $7,500 F&B minimum
  Thursday | $4,000 + $3,000 F&B minimum

  Above fees apply to peak season (May–October); inquire for off-season, mid-week, or morning event rates.

Ceremony Fee

• $1,800/event

• The ceremony fee includes:

  • Half-hour ceremony (with the option to extend)
  • 2–hour advance access to two dressing suites in the mansion
  • Ceremony chairs, water station, welcome table, wine barrel décor, and more

Meals (when priced separately)

• $90/person and up

• Meal pricing includes passed hors d'oeuvres, salad, and buffet or plated entrées and sides. Bar packages are additional, and range $32–36/person for 4-hour service.

  Outside catering is permitted with a fee of 10% of your final catering cost (minimums apply).

• All events require an in-house planning & coordination package, which ranges $2,000–6,000.
