Why You'll Love This Place
A Here Comes The Guide Wedding Venue Review
- Hidden among scenic meadows in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains, this secluded 164-acre eco-retreat offers a unique destination wedding weekend in picturesque Hope Valley, less than 30 minutes from South Lake Tahoe. Customized celebration packages make the most of the epic scenery, and nature-lovers will appreciate that the resort embraces sustainable practices--they even plant a tree to honor your wedding.
- On-site lodging includes 27 comfortable cabins with the largest sleeping up to 10 lucky VIPs, and 7 luxury yurts. With deluxe Frette linens and down comforters, these freshly renovated accommodations are far from roughing it. Unless some of your pals prefer to go fully native and stay at one of the pet-friendly campsites along the river!
- Friends and family can also take the ½ hour drive to the lake and enjoy a pampered stay at sister-property Desolation Lake Tahoe. The intimate, upscale hotel welcomes rehearsal dinners, game days and romantic lakefront photos. However you mix it up, you’ll be well taken care of by the attentive staff and event team, who are dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience.
