Continue with a candlelit dinner among the trees, or head down to Base Camp, where the charming summer camp-meets-woodsy-chic resort feel is echoed in its event spaces.
- Your whole crew can stay the weekend in cozy lodgings with plenty of creature comforts. The main lodge, spacious houses, quaint cabins, poolside rooms with ensuite bathrooms, and adorable glamping tents provide a range of accommodations to suit all types, with ample communal spaces to enjoy time spent together. Package Prices
- $50,000/event
Package pricing starts at $50,000, which includes 2-nights' lodging for 150 guests and all meals during their stay, from welcome dinner to farewell breakfast. Up to 500 total guests can be accommodated.
Guests may pay for their own lodging using the venue's online portal (no need to organize this on your own!)
Amenities that are included in the rate:
- 2-nights' overnight lodging for up to 150 guests
- Bespoke custom menus for the entire weekend (includes welcome dinner, morning refreshments and two meals on the wedding day, and farewell breakfast)
- Two outdoor amphitheaters and multiple indoor spaces with state-of-the-art AV
- 9-hole disc golf, archery, fire pits, Olympic swimming pool, and scenic hiking trails
Add-on options include: outdoor movie experiences, karaoke, sauna & cold plunge, welcome wagon, archery, and other facilitated activities by the activities coordinator
Meals (when priced separately)
- $65–175/person
There are no set menus. The Executive Chef collaborates with each couple to design bespoke menus with fresh, seasonal ingredients that celebrate their tastes, heritage, and unique vision. The Chef makes cakes and desserts too!
Bar package options include BYOB + cooler and ice service, full bar service with crafted cocktails, and interactive experiences such as a Build-Your-Own-Bloody-Mary Bar.
In addition, light nibbles are stocked in-house for grazing throughout the day and night, and guests may be treated to surprise pop-up bites. Fireside s'mores and other special treats are also available.
The menu pricing listed here is included in the package pricing (not an additional fee).
