A full-day site rental ranges $13,000–18,000 and includes:
- Access to the venue from noon–10:30pm
- All-day access to the tent cabin lounge for wedding party prep
- Riverside ceremony site with folding wood chairs
- Outdoor oak dance floor, shaded redwood band deck for DJ or band, and bistro lights
- Farmhouse tables, cross back wooden chairs, and handcrafted seating board chart
- Taxes and service charges
A full-service wedding coordinator is required, and must be booked separately.

50-guest maximum; available Sunday–Thursday.- 3-hour venue rental, plus chairs
- Custom ceremony with a licensed officiant
