Rental Fee

• $2,500–4,400/event
• Rental fee varies depending on:
  • Day of week

• Tent rental is required, and includes the tent, wood flooring, market lights, and courtyard.
  Monday–Thursday $2,500 | Friday $3,500 | Saturday $4,400 | Sunday $3,000

  There is a $200 fee to move inside the restaurant from 10pm–midnight with late night food options.

Package Prices

• $23/person and up

• Reception package fees include all linens, tables, glassware, setup, breakdown, cake cutting, water and lemonade station, nonalcoholic beverages, and reception coordination fee.

  Upgrades and cabin rentals are available for an additional cost.

Service Charge or Gratuity

• 20%

• Minimum billings apply to Saturday & holiday weekend events ($16,000 minimum) and Friday & Sunday events ($10,000 minimum). Monday–Thursday events have no minimum.
