The Farmhouse, built in the early 1900s, was the homestead of the original Alpine Ranch. Now, it's a charming 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom home on two levels, with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room with a gas insert fireplace. It's surrounded by a large private yard with a Japanese-style hot tub, a two-level deck with bistro lights, propane grill, and plenty of seating. The garden also features a micro-orchard with some of Sonoma's most loved fruit trees, including a variety of eating grapes.
