Add on an overnight stay for 6 in the Alpine Ranch Farmhouse for just $500/night during peak season!
The Farmhouse, built in the early 1900s, was the homestead of the original Alpine Ranch. Now, it's a plush 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom home on two levels, with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room with a gas insert fireplace. It's surrounded by a 1-acre private yard, plus a two-level deck with bistro lights and a propane grill.
Lodgings are also included in some packages; inquire for details!

Wedding Packages for 50–100 guests include:
- Farmhouse to get ready on the wedding day
- Two on-site restrooms
- Venue staff on-site to assist with parking, vendor direction, and security
Intimate Weddings (up to 50) start at $4,000.
Full Weddings (up to 100) start at $6,000.
Weekend Weddings for up to 100 guests start at $7,500 and include:
- Two-night stay in the Farmhouse (sleeps six)
- Venue rental for rehearsal dinner & post-wedding brunch (25 guests)
- Farmhouse to get ready on the wedding day
- Two on-site restrooms
- Venue staff on-site to assist with parking, vendor direction, and security
Elopement Packages for 5–20 guests include:
- Ceremony chairs
- Officiant & on-site coordinator
- Champagne toast as well as a cheese & charcuterie board
- Cutting cake (included in intimate & micro weddings only)
- Small bouquet & boutonniere (included in intimate & micro weddings only)
Elopements (up to 5) start at $1,250.
Intimate Ceremonies (up to 10) start at $1,750.
Micro Weddings (up to 20) start at $2,500.
Additional Info
Add a Rehearsal Dinner and/or Brunch rental for up to 25 guests for just $500 each; add 2 nights in the Farmhouse for $1,000.
