Rental Fee
  • $500–8,000/event
  • Rental fee varies depending on:
    • Time of year
    • Guest count

  • The rental fee includes:

    • 15-hour access to the venue (9am–midnight)
    • Tables & chairs for up to 300 guests with setup & breakdown
    • One hour rehearsal the Thursday prior to your Friday or Saturday event
    • Two hours of shuttle service from The Barn at 52 Pines to the Hyatt House Minot for your full or two day event rental
    • White table linens 

    Dressing suites are included with full day wedding packages only. 

    Full Day Rentals Only (9am–midnight) 
    Friday | $2,700–3,900
    Saturday | $3,600–5,200
    Sunday | $2,400–3,200
    Monday–Wednesday | $2,300
    Thursday rentals are available within 60 days of your event date.

    Two Day Event (Friday 10am–10pm & Saturday 9am–midnight)
    Friday & Saturday | $6,000–8,000

    Per Hour (Two hour minimum) 
    Monday–Wednesday | $250/hour

  • Peak season is June–October. Holidays are subject to rate changes & may be unavailable for rent.
