Rental Fee

• $3,000/event and up

• Prairie Meadows Tent Events start at $3,000 and include tables, chairs, and linens. Tents are not included and must be rented by one of Prairie Meadows' preferred rental companies.

Package Prices

• $4,000–13,000/event
• Package prices vary depending on:
  • Day of week
  • Package chosen

• The Bronze Package ranges $4,000–5,500 and includes:

  • Access to the venue & courtyard 8am–midnight
  • RV camping/tent camping for your Saturday event
  • Ceremony chair setup
  • Parking lot attendant and UTV shuttle

  The Silver Package ranges $5,000–6,500 and includes everything in the Bronze Package PLUS:

  • Access to the venue Friday 8am–midnight or Saturday 8am–2am
  • King suite overnight accommodation for the wedding couple for your Saturday event
  • One dressing suite for your Friday event or both dressing suites for your Saturday event
  • Tables, chairs, and linens for your Saturday event

  The Gold Package is $9,800 for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday and includes everything in the Silver Package PLUS:

  • All weekend access to the entire property (Friday 1pm–Sunday noon)
  • Overnight parking
  • Dressing suites
  • Option for engagement photography
  • Full-service bar for your reception
  • Property pest/bug spray
  • Reception security 

  The Platinum Package is $13,000 for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday and includes everything in the Gold Package PLUS:

  • Limousine and/or 7-person shuttle service all day Saturday
  • 25-person party trailer
  • Champagne toast
  • Full-service bar for Friday rehearsal dinner
