Rental Fee
- $2,900–4,000/event
- Rental fee varies depending on:
- Event duration
The full-day rental fee includes:
- 14-hour exclusive access to the property, including the Greenhouse for first looks and/or portraits
- Ceremony rehearsal and bridal or engagement portrait time (by appointment)
- Multiple outdoor ceremony locations and the climate-controlled reception building
- Tables & chairs with setup & breakdown
- Whiskey barrels for décor
- On-site parking with a parking attendant

Full-day rentals cost $4,000.
Half-day rentals cost $2,900 and include access 2–8pm for up to 75 guests.
