Just Us Two Elopement | Starts at $400
Includes a 2-hour ceremony and photoshoot timeframe and use of chairs. Available Monday–Thursday for up to 10 guests. Does not include access to the homes.
Intimate Day on the Water | Starts at $2,200
This package is for up to 40 guests and includes:
- 8-hour access to the property
- The waterfront house for getting ready
- Tables, chairs, wine barrels, and a mobile bar for flexible placement
- Vendor freedom
Available Tuesday–Thursday. Optional add-ons can include additional time, a golf cart, bonfire setup, and access to the guesthouse and gameroom.

The Weekend Wedding Experience is for up to 125 guests and includes:
- Access to the entire property Friday–Sunday
- Tables & chairs for up to 60 guests
- Wine barrels and a mobile bar
- String lights, bonfire setup, two cornhole sets, and a six-seat golf cart
- Use of the game room
- Overnight accommodations for up to 14 people
