  Single-Day Wedding Fees range $10,950–14,950, and include access to The Gathering Pavilion and The Vineyard Ceremony Site for the day.

  The Vineyard Weekend Buyout is comprised of two fees: a Wedding Fee (which ranges $8,950–12,950) and Lodging Fees ($8,750 for luxury accommodations for 26).

  Buyouts require an additional fee of $7,725 for Estate Lodging, which includes accommodations for 52 people in the Cottages, Homestead Cottage, Farmhouse, Barn Suites, and Container.
