Package Prices

• $3,500/event and up

• The Orpheum & the Oaks package is for up to 100 guests and includes:

  • 15-hour rental
  • Access to the entire venue, including the main downstairs ballroom and upstairs mezzanine
  • Two private getting-ready areas
  • Caterer's prep kitchen

  Bar, floral design, stationary/signage, and day-of or month-of coordination packages may be added on for an additional charge.

Additional Info

• Non-wedding private events are priced hourly, and start at $150/hour for a minimum of 6 hours (shorter time frames may be possible). Non-profit event organizers should inquire for discounted hourly rates.
