Elopements start at $1,350 for up to 10 guests, and include:
- 2-hour venue rental
- Pre-ceremony guidance
- Two dressing suites

Micro-weddings start at $5,000 for up to 50 guests, and include:
- 6-hour venue rental
- Pre-ceremony guidance and day-of coordination
- Two dressing suites
- Ceremony site set with arch and cherry resin chairs
- First dance and father/daughter and/or mother/son dances
- Full dinner setup with your desired layout
Both options may be booked up to 6 months in advance.

Rental Fee
- $19,500/event
The rental fee includes:
- Use of the 26-acre waterfront property and Historic Carriage House
- Two dressing suites
- On-site rehearsal dinner
- Extensive planning, day-of and rehearsal coordination, and golf cart chauffeur service
- 40'x60' tent with sides, hand-laid brick dance floor, tables & chairs, and setup & breakdown
- Use of the décor collection, including vases, easels, cake stands, signs, etc.
- Extensive lighting throughout (straing lighting, chandeliers, uplights, etc.)
- Pet-friendly!
