Elopements start at $1,350 for up to 10 guests, and include:

  • 2-hour venue rental
  • Pre-ceremony guidance
  • Two dressing suites
  • Ceremony site set with arch and cherry resin chairs
  • First dance and father/daughter and/or mother/son dances
  • Private newlywed picnic

Micro-weddings start at $5,000 for up to 50 guests, and include:

  • 6-hour venue rental
  • Pre-ceremony guidance and day-of coordination
  • Two dressing suites
  • Ceremony site set with arch and cherry resin chairs
  • First dance and father/daughter and/or mother/son dances
  • Full dinner setup with your desired layout

Both options may be booked up to 6 months in advance.

  • The rental fee includes:

    • Use of the 26-acre waterfront property and Historic Carriage House
    • Two dressing suites
    • On-site rehearsal dinner
    • Extensive planning, day-of and rehearsal coordination, and golf cart chauffeur service
    • 40'x60' tent with sides, hand-laid brick dance floor, tables & chairs, and setup & breakdown
    • Use of the décor collection, including vases, easels, cake stands, signs, etc.
    • Extensive lighting throughout (straing lighting, chandeliers, uplights, etc.)
    • Pet-friendly!
