Full wedding rentals include:
- 12-hour exclusive access to the property
- Dressing suites
- Your choice of ceremony location with chairs
- Grand Hall with a custom built-in bar, tables, chairs, and an assortment of banquet tables
- Outdoor gathering area with two fire pits, and a patio cocktail hour space with covered seating
- 1-hour use of the Wine & Bourbon Cellar (accommodates 20–25 guests) with custom tables & chairs, built-in wine storage, and a bar
- Four modern treehouse cabins (sleeps 16) for the wedding night
- Ample on-site parking
