- Ballroom set with white Chiavari chairs, cocktail tables, white dance floor, and access to adjacent outdoor areas
- Patio, balcony, terrace, cocktail lounge with antique bar, an optional 3-hour fire pit, and beautiful grounds for photos
- 2-hour engagement photo shoot, 2-hour rehearsal and setup time
- Large staging kitchen for caterers
- 75 paved parking spaces
