Rental Fee

The rental fee ranges $3,100–4,400 and includes:
- 12-hour use of the grounds and facilities
- Choice of ceremony site
- Two dressing areas in the Main House
- Carriage House with draping and twinkle lights
- White garden chairs, banquet tables, floor-length tablecloths in your choice of 75 colors, and two centerpiece options with candles
The Diamond Package is $7,900 and includes everything listed above, PLUS:
- Access to the venue from Friday–Sunday
- Two nights' lodging in the Main House for 12 people
- Ability to host rehearsal dinner on the property
- Day-of coordination
- Additional tables, chairs, and linens
- Taxes and fees
Package Prices
Elopement packages (10 guests or fewer) are available and include the officiant, wedding cake, music, and toast. Rates vary based on day of the week and time of year.
Meals (when priced separately)
- Arrange through an outside caterer.
Additional Info
Overnight lodging in the Main House is $950/night for 12 people, including continental breakfast and linen service. The couple may rent the Main House on their wedding night for $375.
The Farmhouse is available for $195/night and sleeps four.
