- A private retreat 22-acre retreat with some truly stunning views, this special lodge sits on a high ridge just outside Great Smoky Mountains National Park and the Blue Ridge Parkway, about an hour west of Asheville. you’re treated to an unobstructed view of the misty mountains and Clingmans Dome, the highest point in the park.
- Take your pick from three nature-forward ceremony spots (we’re partial to the breathtaking Great Smoky Mountains Overlook, but the Terraced Garden beside a cascading stream and the Mountain Lawns and Pond are both lovely, too). Then, dine beneath the stars on the Event Lawn and gather by the fireplace in the Clubroom Lounge as the night unfolds.
- The Chalet Lodge and Spa Suites sleep 26 guests across 13 bedrooms, each with its own bath and private outdoor space. It’s a little bit Swiss, a little bit modern, and a whole lot of gorgeous. The seven-bedroom Chalet Lodge is ideal for families, with a chef’s kitchen and a living room with a huge balcony for your crew, while the Spa Suites exude a sense of romantic luxury, inviting you to soak in a freestanding tub by the glow of a gas fireplace.

The Weekend Package for 50 guests
$8,500 low season | $12,000 high season- Full property access for 2 days (3 days during peak season), including all outdoor grounds, the Clubroom Lounge, and 3 ceremony sites
- Reception on the Event Lawn, with picnic table seating for approximately 30
- Lodging for up to 26 guests (double occupancy) in 13 bedrooms with private bathrooms for 2 nights (3 nights during peak season)
- Chalet Lodge: 7 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and private outdoor space
- Spa Suites: 5 suites (6 bedrooms) with gas fireplaces; most feature a freestanding soaking tub and walk-in shower

The Weekday Package for 50 guests

- Available Monday–Thursday (Monday–Friday during low season)

The Elopement Package for 20 guests
$1,500 low season | $2,000 high season- Up to 4 hours of venue access between 10am and 3pm, including all outdoor grounds, the Clubroom Lounge, and 3 ceremony sites
- Available Sunday–Friday (Monday–Thursday during peak season) for dates within 90 days of booking
Additional Info
Outland is an un-hosted property, so there’s no on-site staff or front desk during your stay.
On-site parking includes 7 spaces at the Chalet Lodge and 1 space per Spa Suite. There’s no additional, oversized, trailer, or RV parking.
One dog (up to 60 lbs) is welcome in the Chalet Lodge for a $300 flat fee. Pets aren’t allowed in the Spa Suites.
