• Rental fees include:

  • Exclusive rental of the space for a ceremony and/or reception
  • 6-hour advance access to the private wedding suite (includes vanity, lounge and table seating, speaker system, and balcony)
  • Tasting and logistics meeting & rehearsal walkthrough
  • Tables, padded chairs, premium linens, and banquet ware
  • Market lighting throughout, courtyard lounge seating, and seasonal parasols, fans, and heaters
  • Vintage entry hutch with two leather chairs, permanent bar, and AV system

  Ceremony + Reception
  Full Day Rental (11–12 hours): $5,500–7,500
  Partial Day Rental (8–9 hours): $3,500–5,500

  Reception Only
  Full Day Rental (10–11 hours): $5,000–6,500
  Partial Day Rental (7–8 hours): $2,500–5,000

  Full-day rentals include a Room Reveal to couples with early access for photographers for pre-wedding photography.

• The food & beverage minimum for both full and partial day rentals ranges $4,500–6,500.

Meals (when priced separately)

• $65/person and up

• Catering is provided by one of the two on-site restaurants: Sitti Authentic Lebanese  or Gravy Italian American Kitchen.

  Meal pricing includes passed and stationed hors d'oeuvres, a salad course, dinner buffet, and iced tea, fountain beverages, and a coffee bar. Desserts and late night snacks may be added on.
