Rental Fee

• $2,500–9,500/event
• Rental fee varies depending on:
  • Space reserved

• The venue fee includes:

  • 5 hours of vendor setup, plus 1.5 hours of cleanup
  • 1- to 2-hour ceremony rehearsal the day prior
  • Courtesy room block and welcome bag delivery
  • Golf cart for guests with limited mobility
  • Tables, chairs, linens, standard rentals, tent and patio heaters, and ceremony arbor
  • Event staffing

  Evergreen Room
  $3,500 venue fee | $5,000 F&B minimum
  Also includes outdoor ceremony space and getting ready suite. 

  Lakeside Tent Room
  $9,500 venue fee | $10,000 F&B minimum
  Also includes choice of Willow Tree or Peninsula Point ceremony space, the Gazebo (often used as the bar), fire pit, and getting ready suite.

Food & Beverage Minimum

• $1,000–10,000/event
• Food & Beverage minimum varies depending on:
  • Space reserved

Meals (when priced separately)

• $75–110/person

• Estimated menu pricing includes hors d'oeuvres, buffet or plated dinner, and sides. Bar packages are priced separately, and typically start at 35/person.
