- 5 hours of vendor setup, plus 1.5 hours of cleanup
- 1- to 2-hour ceremony rehearsal the day prior
- Courtesy room block and welcome bag delivery
- Golf cart for guests with limited mobility
- Tables, chairs, linens, standard rentals, tent and patio heaters, and ceremony arbor
