Rental Fee
- $5,000–6,000/event

Rental fees start at $6,000 on Fridays and Saturdays, or $5,000 when scheduled on weekdays or off-season (January–March). Events take place after the venue is closed to the public, from 6pm–midnight.
Ceremony-only options start at $2,000, and are available Monday–Friday for up to 125 guests.

Packages include menu, bar service, and staffing. For an additional $100+/person, the caterer will secure all rentals (including tables, chairs, linens, china, etc.)
Additional Info
In addition to the rental fee, reserving Wave Hill for a wedding requires a partner contribution starting at the $7,500–10,000 level, depending on the event day and time of year. A portion is tax deductible and the membership provides the wedding host with one year of Sustainer Partner Member benefits.
