Rental Fee

The rental fee for large events is $4,000, and includes full use of the Barn, Manor and grounds from noon–9pm Friday for setup/rehearsal, all Saturday until 10pm, and from 7–11am Sunday for cleanup, plus tables & chairs.
Small wedding events (up to 35 guests) are $150/hour for use of the Barn only and $75/hour for the Manor only. The hourly rate only applies Sunday–Thursday.
Additional Info
All proceeds support the upkeep of the buildings and grounds of this family-owned and operated business; any profit derived from events go toward youth development efforts in the Cassadaga Valley region.
