Rental Fee
- $4,000/event
The rental fee for large events is $4,000, and includes full use of the barn, Manor, grounds, and tables & chairs from noon–9pm on the day prior for setup/rehearsal, all day until 11pm on the event day, and from 7–11am the following day for cleanup.
Inquire about hourly rates, which are available Sunday–Thursday.
Additional Info
All proceeds support the upkeep of the buildings and grounds of this family-owned and operated business; any profit derived from events go toward youth development efforts in the Cassadaga Valley region.
