Rental Fee
- $6,500–12,000/event
The rental fee includes:
- 12-hour venue access on the event day
- Light-filled dressing suite
- Private Garden for ceremony and/or cocktail hour
- Exclusive use of the rooftop for pre- or post-ceremony photos
- Stylish indoor-outdoor lounge seating throughout the Greene & Zen Lofts
- Curated décor, including modern minimalist furnishings and large plants
- Complimentary in-house event furniture
- Access to their design prop rental catalog
Additional Info
Bar packages are provided by Marlow Events, with pricing ranging $55–80/person for 5-hour service (customizations, add-ons, and shorter time frames available). A coordination fee and minimum applies.
An approved day-of coordinator is required. In-house coordination is $3,950, which includes floor plan creation, vendor coordination, catering & rental support, and day-of oversight.
