Rental Fee
  • $5,500/event

  • The rental fee includes:

    • Use of the Black Raven Room, including the outdoor pavilion with its private bar and garden area
    • All-day use of the dressing suite
    • Wedding coordinator and ceremony rehearsal
    • Champagne toast, cake cutting, and coffee station
    • Parking for all guests
    • Tables, chairs, linens, napkins in your color of choice, lounge seating, centerpieces, and aisle décor
Food & Beverage Minimum

  • May–October Saturday weddings must meet a minimum of $28,000, inclusive of service fees and taxes.

Meals (when priced separately)
  • $62/person and up

  • Menu pricing includes passed and displayed hors d'oeuvres, salad, bread & butter, and plated or buffet entrées.

    Bar packages are additional, and range $34–46/person for 4-hour service with two complimentary signature cocktails (shorter and longer time frames available, as is a cash or consumption bar option).
