Rental Fee

The rental fee includes:
- Access to the second floor Music Hall, with chandeliers (inquire about access to the Gallery on the first floor)
- Multiple ceremony locations across 44 acres
- Use of the farmhouse on the wedding day
- The Orchard, with WiFi connectivity (and apples to sample in September!)
- Circadian Garden, set with fire pits, Argentinian live fire BBQ, and furnishings for dining
- Two kitchens for caterers
- Professional sound system (additional $600)
Overnight lodging in the farmhouse is an additional fee. The four-bedroom, two-bath home is pet-friendly, and includes a fireplace, porch, library, LaCanche stove, Chesterfield sofas, Stickley furniture, and a vintage Mason & Hamlin grand piano.
The venue owner, Scott, is happy to share vendor recommendations for tent rentals, florals, and more, or you may arrange them yourself.

Catering is flexible—you're welcome to bring your own and utilize the venue's two catering kitchens, or choose from excellent local options, including Eighty Main and Strickland Farm, which typically range $110–150/person for dinner (excluding hors d'oeuvres).
