Rental Fee

The Saturday rental fee of $10,000 includes:
- Exclusive use of the 110-acre private estate from Friday–Sunday
- Dressing Suite on Friday & Saturday evening (additional rooms are blocked for guests)
- Option to host rehearsal dinner, welcome party, and/or farewell brunch on the property (additional fees apply)
- Grand Conservatory for wedding party prep
- 6-hour reception in the ballroom garden tent
- Outdoor bar, cocktail tables, smokeless fire pit, and lounge furniture
- Farmhouse and round tables, black Chiavari chairs, wooden dance floor, and place settings
- Wedding planning meeting, day-of coordination, and setup & teardown
Sunday rentals are $6,000 and include all of the above on Sunday only, starting at noon.
Ceremony Fee

Ceremony fees include use of the formal gardens for the ceremony, a rehearsal, and black Chiavari chairs.
