Welcome Dinners at Rowland House
Pricing starts at $75/person for up to 150 guests, plus tax and service fees. A private residence rental is required to host a rehearsal dinner.

Rental Fee
Use of the Lakeside Room, which seats 25–96 guests, is included in package pricing.
For guest counts over 96, tenting is required. Rental of the tent is $4,000, with tables & chairs priced at $5/person.
Ceremony Fee

- Ceremony fee varies depending on:
- Guest count
Ceremonies with over 60 guests require rental of the ceremony tent. The $2,000 fee includes a frame tent with liner, padded wooden white folding chairs, a 1-hour rehearsal, and planning & on-site coordination.
Ceremonies with fewer than 60 guests are $750.
Package Prices

All packages include:
- 6-hour event time with use of the Lakeside Room and patio
- Passed and displayed hors d'oeuvres
- Plated, buffet, family-style, or epicurean dinner menu, including soups, salads, entrées, rolls, and sodas
- Champagne toast
- Cake cutting and service
- Planning and on-site wedding coordination
- Tables, linens, napkins, votives, and parquet dance floor
Bar packages are additional, and range $25–38/person for 5-hour service. Shorter time frames, premium upgrades, and consumption bars are also available.
Food & Beverage Minimum
From May–mid-October, the food & beverage minimum is $8,000 on Friday and Sunday, and $15,000 on Saturday.

Additional Info
All weddings at the Aurora Inn require booking all ten guest rooms the night of the wedding. Events at the E.B. Morgan House or Rowland Guest House require all rooms at those respective properties to be reserved.
