  Saturday events require a site fee, which includes:

  • Access to the property's 5 beautiful acres, with lawns, gardens, and a nature path, with twinkle lights and bistro lights throughout
  • Elegant white tidewater sailcloth wedding tent with lighting and a dance floor (tented events only)
  • On-site parking for up to 50 cars
  • And more!

  Tented Events (up to 200 guests)

  Micro-Weddings (30–75 guests)
  $2,500 November–April | $5,000 May–October

  A two-night buyout of all guest rooms is required, with lodging for 14 guests.

  Packages are fully customizable, with seasonally inspired menus and a farm forward approach. They typically include:

  Intimate Elopement (only the couple): $1,250
  Family Elopement (couple + 8 guests): $2,500

  Elopements for 10–30 guests range $4,500–7,500 and include:

  • Ceremony
  • Three butler-passed hors d'oeuvres
  • Two-course seated dinner
  • 4-hour beer & wine bar
  • Mini dessert platter
  • Flat & sparkling water, and coffee & tea
  • Bonfire send-off with s'mores for roasting

  10–15 guests - $4,500 | 16–20 guests – $5,500
  21–25 guests - $6,500 | 26–30 guests – $7,500
  

  Some dates may require a two-night minimum stay. There is no additional site fee. Guest lodging, service fees, and taxes are additional.
