Weekend rentals range $12,500–19,500, and include exclusive use of the property from Friday–Sunday.
One-day rentals range $6,500–9,500, and include all-day use of the venue for a single day Sunday–Thursday.
All rentals include use of the entire estate and all facilities throughout the stay, choice of venues for all meals, a ceremony, cocktail hour, reception and after party, plus site coordination, valet parking, and staffing.
Food & Beverage Minimum

All menus are prepared from scratch by on-site chefs using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, with a top-shelf bar featuring local beers, a thoughtful wine list, and specialty cocktails.
The Wedding Feast has a $65,000 minimum; for weekend weddings, all additional meals are provided, with a total minimum of $25,000.
Additional Info
Cedar Lakes Estate requires that couples and/or their guests book all 13 luxury cottages on-site, which range in price from $269–319/night. There is a 1-night minimum for one day rentals, and a 2-night minimum for weekend weddings.
Additional lodgings are available in rustic, camp-style houses, which can accommodate 42 guests across four spaces.
