Rental fees begin at $7,500 for weddings with 82 or fewer guests (no tent included or required), and $16,800 for weddings up to 175 guests, which includes the 100'x40' patio tent, lighting, and dance floor. The fee is tax exempt with no admin fees.
Customizable floral and DJ packages are available. Catering is an additional cost, through one of the approved caterers.
