The venue fee includes:
- Exclusive access to the historic estate and grounds
- Lodging in all 12 guest rooms on the wedding night
- 8-hour event, including ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and afterparty
- 2-hour afterparty, including bonfire, attendant, and alcohol coolers (beer + spiked seltzers) for 50 guests
- Venue day-of coordinator and event staff
- On-site parking and two golf carts with drivers to assist with guest transportation
- Tables, chairs, linens, and setup & breakdown
There is a minimum guest count of 100 guests on Saturdays during peak season. Guest counts under 50 are welcome on weekdays or during off-peak weekends.

Menu pricing from the preferred caterers typically ranges $100–150/person.
Bar packages range $55-75/person for 5-hour service, including bartenders, welcome water station, champagne toast, and glassware.
