Ceremony Fee
- $1,500/event
The ceremony fee includes 1-hour use of the space and complimentary champagne during guest arrival.
24 chairs are available to rent for an additional $300.
Package Prices

Watermark boasts a unique, "deconstructed" approach to meal service. Food is primarily passed, cocktail-style, avoiding the formal seated dinner and buffet line and allowing guests to continually mingle, drink, eat, dance and keep the celebration going.
Packages include the venue, 3.5-hour bar service, three-course meal, and a coffee station. Add-on a sushi station for $20/person.
Outside catering (venue and bar only) starts at $15,000 for up to 150 guests. Additional guests up to 225 total are $75 per person.

Event availability varies depending on the month and day:
- Mid-September–mid-June: Saturday afternoons ONLY (ending by 5pm), or Sunday anytime.
- November–March: Friday evenings.
- Year-round: Weekdays anytime.
All weekday, Saturday, and Sunday weddings have a 75-guest minimum. Friday evening weddings have a 125-guest minimum.

Ceremonies can only accommodate 24 seated guests; additional guests may be accommodated standing.
Events may be held indoor-only, or flow between indoor-outdoor. Outdoor-only receptions are not available. All receptions are standing, cocktail-style.
