  The Tent | $2,000–6,500 rental | $5,000–15,000 F&B minimum
  Accommodates 150 guests, available May–October. Includes a ceremony on the Third Tee, cocktail hour on the Veranda, and a reception in the Tent.

  The Carriage House | $1,000–3,500 rental | $2,000–10,000 F&B minimum
  Accommodates 90 guests, available year-round. Includes a ceremony, cocktail hour, and propane fire pit on the Carriage House Deck, and a reception in the Carriage House.

  Mid-week rentals range $750–1,500, with a $3,000–5,000 F&B minimum.
