- Early access to the Ceremony & Reception Barns for setup & decorating
- "The Grain Room" dressing suite with Hollywood-style mirrors
- Indoor and outdoor ceremony options (additional fees apply to outdoor ceremonies)
- Expansive lawn, patio deck, and catering prep area
- Full-service indoor/outdoor bar, bartenders, and glassware (bar service is an additional fee)
- Tables, dining chairs, furniture, and access to the "Wedding Pantry," an extensive collection of décor options
Overnight accommodations for 29 in the Farmhouse and Cottages are an additional fee, and include breakfast each morning, community fire pits, . 2-night minimum.
