  Prime-season Weekend (mid-June–October) | $19,900–29,900
  The fee includes access to the venue Friday evening–Sunday morning. Larger summer/fall weddings require a tent rental (there is an additional fee).

  Off-season Weekend (November & December) | $14,900
  The fee includes access to the venue Friday evening–Sunday morning for up to 60 guests.

  Off-season Single Day (November & December) | $9,900
  The fee includes access to the venue Saturday 10am–10pm for up to 60 guests.

Meals (when priced separately)

• $40/person and up

• Wedding menus are fully customizable; cocktail hour appetizers start at $30/guest, the salad course is $10/guest, and the main course is $40/guest. Dessert is also available; please contact the venue for pricing.

Additional Info

• Overnight lodging for up to 52 people is available in three large homes. Lodging fees range $250–950/night, with a 2-night minimum required.
