  • The indoor ballroom, grand foyer bar & cocktail space, THE BARR (a covered libation station), a sail-covered patio and veranda, and multiple indoor & outdoor ceremony locations
  • Lantern and chandelier lighting indoor and out, and cliff & landscape lighting
  • Two private dressing rooms
  • Catering prep room and bar prep room
  • Modern wood & metal dining and display tables, cocktail tables, and cross-back & black aluminum chairs
  • Yard games, outdoor gas fire pit, patio umbrellas and gas heaters
  • Timber arbor with hanging lanterns
  • Golf cart for photographs around the grounds
