- $4,200–8,400/event
Summit Moments Package | $4,200 for 25 guests
- Coordination and oversight of your reception, plus advance consultations
- Tables, chairs, white cloth napkins, standard rentals, and water station
- Setup of dinner buffet and satellite bar, plus waitstaff and bartender
- Add-on a half-hour ceremony for $500
Glacier Peaks Package | $6,900 for 1–50 guests; $8,400 for 51–100 guests
This package requires a 2-night booking of all cabins (additional cost).- Includes everything in the Summit Moments Package, PLUS:
- On-site ceremony
- Full use of the timber frame pavilion, set with tables, chairs, and linens
- Time for setup and rehearsal the day prior
- And more!
